ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Instance Services for HR/EEO Enhancement Configuration & Sustainment Support   2

Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS), an agency within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is responsible for providing federal health services to American Indians and Alaska Natives. The IHS is the principal federal health care provider and health advocate for Indian people, and its goal is to raise their health status to the highest possible level. As of 2021, the IHS uses ServiceNow for Diversity Management and to manage Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) capabilities across the agency. IHS is looking to expand its usage of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities to include establishing requests in support of EEO case management, reasonable accommodation, promoting ServiceNow capabilities to consumers of EEO services at IHS, and providing training to the providers of EEO services at ServiceNow.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide enhancement configuration and sustainment of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Instance Services for HR/EEO Enhancement Configuration & Sustainment Support. This includes providing a Project Manager and other personnel capable of providing administrative and technical oversight for required enhancements or new functionality within the ServiceNow HR platform. Additionally, the contractor shall propose a sustainment model to operate and maintain the IHS HR instance of ServiceNow support EEO, which will include system administration, management support, and development team support for identified changes and improvements. The contractor's resources will also provide technical guidance in areas such as Technical Best Practices, Architecture Oversight, Technical Roadmap, Technical Quality Assurance, and Platform Engineering.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance shall be 1 Base Period from award through 9/26/2023.

Place of Performance
All implementation and configuration work shall be performed by the Contractor at a Contractor facility. The location of work will be performed remotely at Contractor locations.
