Service, Paint Interior of Mainland Visitor Center

Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the painting of the Mainland Visitor Center at Cumberland Island National Seashore. The goal of this contract is to enhance the visitor experience by maintaining the facility in good condition through necessary interior painting services.

The contract will be awarded based on best value criteria, including pricing, ability to meet specifications, completion time, and past performance.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for repainting the interior of the Mainland Visitor Center. This includes preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring quality control throughout the process.

Specific tasks include:
1. Surface preparation including cleaning and priming as necessary.
2. Application of paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers as appropriate.
3. Use of sealers and adhesives where required to ensure durability and finish quality.
4. Compliance with all specifications provided in the Statement of Work (SOW).

Period of Performance
The contract period will be from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027.

Place of Performance
Cumberland Island National Seashore, specifically at the Mainland Visitor Center located at 113 St. Marys Street W, St. Marys, GA 31558.

Bidder Requirements
This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside opportunity. Bidders must have a valid Unique Entity ID (UEI) number and an active registration in the System for Award Management. They must also be self-certified in their profile. Additionally, bidders are required to provide bid/payment/performance bonds as applicable.
