Background

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
1. Provide preventative maintenance services for approximately 19 Daikin HVAC units across 13 buildings.
2. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding maintenance and repair standards.
3. Employ Daikin-trained technicians with current factory certifications for all service work.
4. Submit Certificates of Training for technicians as part of the offer and maintain current certifications throughout the contract duration.
5. Develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) that must be approved by the Contracting Officer (KO).
6. Maintain a personnel roster for secure areas, including full names and positions of assigned personnel, to be updated as changes occur.
7. Conduct all work in accordance with safety regulations, ensuring personnel wear appropriate protective equipment and maintain professional conduct while on-site.
