Service Contracts for Thermo LC-HRMS (2) and GC-HRMS systems - NSL-Gastonia

Background
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), through its Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), operates a laboratory in Gastonia, North Carolina, under the Laboratory Approval and Testing Division (LATD), National Science Laboratories (NSL). The mission of AMS is to empower agricultural and food communities through exceptional scientific services. This contract aims to secure a service agreement for high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) high-resolution mass spectrometer (HRMS) systems to support the laboratory's operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide service contracts for two Thermo LC-HRMS and GC-HRMS systems at the NSL Gastonia laboratory. The scope includes:
- Safe delivery of the benchtop HPLC HRMS system, which operates independently without connection to the USDA network.
- Successful installation and checkout of the system.
- Maintenance services as specified in the purchase agreement during the warranty period.

Period of Performance
Twelve months of standard instrument service with standard response time for all instruments listed.
