Description

The Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for service contract/maintenance agreement for analytical instruments from the following Manufactures: 1. Thermo Fisher/Thermo Scientific 2. Metrohm 3. Teledyne Instruments 4. Shimadzu 5. Perkin Elmer 6. Agilent 7. Nippon 8. Cetac The Contractor MUST be fully knowledgeable in the operation of the hardware and software used on the instrument(s) being repaired/maintenance. This includes understanding if the problem is software related versus hardware related. 1. All maintenance/repair should be performed with OEM specifications. 2. Routine Service provided by original equipment manufacture or current provider. Estimated Period of Performance: October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024
