Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Background
The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of the Director, Office of Acquisitions, seeks to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for a Service and Maintenance Agreement for the CombiFlash EZ Prep chromatography system with Mass Spec/Autosampler and CombiFlask NextGen 300+.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary services, qualified personnel, materials, equipment, and facilities to perform the following tasks:
1. One annual preventative maintenance (PM) for each covered instrument/system:
- CombiFlash NextGen 300+ Chromatography System (SN 222L01725)
- CombiFlash EZ Prep chromatography system with Mass Spec/Autosampler (SN 219f02756)
- CombiFlash EZ Prep chromatography system with Mass Spec/Autosampler (SN 219f02757).
2. An equipment status report will accompany the certificates, providing an overview of inspection findings.
3. All parts, labor, and travel costs are covered under this agreement.
4. Priority response times for both remote and on-site support.
5. Fixed costs with no added charges.
6. Software updates and life cycle management are included.
7. Unlimited technical support is provided.
