Service and Maintenance for Hirsch Velocity PACS and Hirsch Velocity Vision CCTV Servers

Background
The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) in Washington, DC, is seeking to establish a maintenance agreement for the Hirsch Velocity Physical Access Control System (PACS) and the Hirsch Velocity Vision Video Management System (VMS).

This contract aims to ensure the continuous operation and reliability of these systems, which are critical for security operations. The NRL's Cyber Operations Division requires comprehensive support to maintain these systems effectively.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, and parts necessary for comprehensive service and maintenance of the Hirsch Velocity PACS and VMS. This includes:
- Annual preventative maintenance services during normal business hours, including server evaluation, error/system logs review, system functionality testing, firmware/software updates, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Full-service scheduled non-emergency repair maintenance during normal business hours.
- Full-service unscheduled emergency maintenance during normal business hours for any failed or damaged components.
- The contractor must provide a written service report within 5 business days after each service visit detailing results of services performed and recommendations for action if necessary. All services must utilize OEM parts and comply with industry standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for a base period of one year with four optional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at multiple locations including: 4555 Overlook Avenue SW, Washington DC; 7 Grace Hopper Avenue, Monterey CA; and Stennis Space Center, MS.
