(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Background
The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of the Director, Office of Acquisitions, is seeking to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for a service agreement renewal for the Unchained Labs Junior Benchtop Automation Platform.

This acquisition aims to ensure continuous operability and support for critical laboratory equipment used in various assays and projects.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, parts, tools, equipment, travel, and supervision necessary to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, technical support, and software license support for the Unchained Labs Junior Benchtop Automation Platform.

The annual service agreement shall include:
1. One (1) annual preventative maintenance (PM) visit.
2. Unlimited remote technical support during normal business hours.
3. On-site repair services as required.
4. Replacement of worn or defective OEM parts identified during the contract period at no additional cost.
5. Coverage of integrated third-party components originally purchased through Unchained Labs as part of the fully configured system.
6. Perpetual License Support Subscriptions.
7. All released upgrades, patches, and updates for PolyView, Spectra Studio, LEA Analysis Excel Add-in, Automation Studio, Library Studio.
