The NIH Intramural Sequencing Center (NISC) is a centralized facility for high-throughput DNA sequencing, processing approximately 7,000 samples annually. A critical component of this process is the Tecan Fluent 780 robot, which requires regular maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.

Work Details
The contract involves a service agreement for one (1) Tecan Fluent 780 Robot under a Te-Care Complete Service contract. Key features include:
- On-site repair service as needed, covering all parts, labor, and travel expenses.
- One scheduled on-site preventative maintenance visit per year, including necessary cleaning, adjustments, and instrument-specific tests.
- Technical support via telephone or email during normal business hours (Monday – Friday between 8 am and 7 pm EST).
- Essential hardware, firmware, or software updates performed during scheduled maintenance visits.
