Background
The solicitation is for the procurement of SENSOR, Inertial in support of the UH-60 (BE)BLACKHAWK weapon system. The requirement is restricted to SIKORSKY, CAGE 78286, and it is a three-year indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type, firm fixed price effort. The technical data package contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act.

Work Details
The contract is for the production of SENSOR, Inertial with specific details provided for each program year. For example, in Program Year 1, the production quantity is 36 each, and in Program Year 2 and 3, the production quantities are 95 each and 94 each respectively. The contract type is firm fixed price. The packaging and marking requirements include MIL STC CODES 2073 APPENDIX J and UNIT PACK: 001 INTERMEDIATE PACK: 000 LEVEL PRESERVATION: Military LEVEL PACKING: A. Inspection and acceptance will be at origin location(s). Deliveries or performance will be FOB Destination with specific shipping instructions provided for each program year.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for each program year is specified as follows: Year 1 will be from date of award through day 365 days after contract award (DACA). Year 2 will begin 366 DACA and end 730 DACA. Year 3 will begin 731 DACA and end 1,095 DACA.

Place of Performance
The place of performance for deliveries or performance will be at specific locations including DLA DISTRIBUTION DDSP NEW CUMBERLAND FACILITY and DLA AVIATION AT HUNTSVILLE, AL.
