EOIR has a firm fixed price request for Send Word Now Software - License/Subscription/Self Registration. See attached required capabilities list. This is also a brand name or equals. EOIR request that the license software be for 5 total years. One base year and 4 additional option years.
Period of Performance (POP) Base Year 7/16/15 to 7/15/16, Option Year 1 7/16/16 to 7/15/17, Option Year 2 7/16/17 to 7/15/18, Option Year 3 7/16/18 to 7/15/19, Option Year 4 7/16/19 to 7/15/20.

EOIR prefers to have this invoiced in arrears monthly, please make note on quote if this is a maintenance support product sold as an item that is to be paid in full upon commencement of the term. Vendor should have their online site state if this is a maintenance support product sold as an item. Also list your DUNS# on quotation. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Evaluation of Options (FAR 52.217-5) (July 1990)
Except when it is determined in accordance with FAR 17.206(b) not to be in the Government's best interests, the Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. Evaluation of options will not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s).
