Background
The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is responsible for the maintenance, operation, development, and preservation of the U.S. Capitol and its grounds. The AOC serves Congress and the Supreme Court, ensuring a safe environment and inspiring experiences for all who work and visit Capitol Hill.

The mission includes managing food services on behalf of the United States Senate, which provides essential support activities for Members of Congress, their staff, supporting agencies, and visitors.

Work Details
The contract involves providing Senate Food and Related Services which include cafes, catering, coffee shops, convenience stores, and vending services across various locations within the Senate. Specific locations include:
- Capitol Building Room SB-10
- Dirksen Office Building Room SDB-RE
- Catering services throughout Senate spaces
- Dirksen Office Building Room SDB-R7
- Capitol Building S-110
- Capitol Building Room S-112A
- Vending services throughout Senate spaces including USCP Headquarters.

Offerors must adhere to RFP instructions outlined in Section L to ensure proper evaluation of proposals.

Period of Performance
The geographic location(s) the contract will be performed (if provided)

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within the United States Senate on Capitol Hill.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must follow specific RFP instructions outlined in Section L. Participation in a pre-proposal conference is limited to two individuals per vendor. Offerors are encouraged to request access to Kiteworks for proposal submission as soon as possible.
