Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Equipment, Region 5

Background
The USDA Forest Service, specifically the Pacific Southwest Region (Region 5), is seeking to acquire self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) equipment for wildland firefighters. - 414 units of Luxfer 4500 PSI / 45 Minute Clear Coated Cylinder (FULL) without QC Adapter.
- 208 units of Cylinder QC Adapter HP.
- 3 units of Draeger Quaestor 6000 Tester.
All items must meet specific technical requirements and be traceable to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Pricing must include support services such as training and warranty support.

The period of performance for the contract is from July 31, 2026, to October 30, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be either the manufacturer or an authorized distributor/reseller from the actual manufacturer. No third-party vendors are allowed. All products must have clear traceability to the OEM. Vendors must provide necessary certifications including a Certificate of Conformance (COC) and documentation tracing each product back to its source.
