The purpose of this sources sought notice is to accomplish market research pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, and to identify businesses capable of performing the functions described herein. The government is requesting information regarding the availability of capable firms to support the requirements of THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE
(DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) for the Selective Improvements Project at the US Embassy Complex in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is seeking information from businesses capable of supporting the Selective Improvements Project, Phase 2 (SIP-2) at the US Embassy Complex in Copenhagen, Denmark. The project involves architectural, interior, physical security, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm upgrades for the existing embassy building.

Work Details
The Selective Improvements Project, Phase 2 (SIP-2) at the US Embassy Complex in Copenhagen, Denmark includes architectural upgrades such as facade restoration and entry courtyard waterproofing; interior upgrades including finishes, multipurpose room reconfiguration, and restroom upgrades; physical security upgrades; mechanical and plumbing upgrades including replacement of heating and chilled water piping, sanitary/vent plumbing pipes, and installation of heating circulating pumps; electrical upgrades including power distribution improvements and LED lighting replacement; fire alarm system upgrades.
