Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module, Military-Code, Advanced Global Positioning Systems

Background
The Unmanned and Expeditionary Weapons Systems Division (H40) of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking information on companies capable of providing continued development, repair, evaluation, and procurement of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Transcoded Global Positioning System/Inertial Navigation System (GPS/INS) Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM) Military-Code (M-Code) systems.

These systems are intended for use with various Department of Defense platforms operating on surface, air, and land. The goal is to enhance the capabilities of existing systems and support future developments.

Work Details
The contract will focus on hardware deliverables that include:
- Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM) ATACNAV M-Code Tactical
- SAASM M-Code High Accuracy (HA)
- SAASM M-Code High Accuracy Single Enclosure (HA-SE)
- SAASM M-Code Miniaturized (ATACNAV-Mini)
- Atomic Alternate Navigation (ALT-NAV)
- Reconfigurable Avionics Test Sets (RATS) and RATS cables.

The contractor will also be responsible for upgrades to existing fielded units, including operating systems, firmware versions, hardware, and software. Specific quantities and delivery dates will be identified in individual Delivery Orders. The contractor must ensure compliance with applicable regulations such as OSHA and EPA throughout the contract's duration.

Place of Performance
Various CONUS locations for testing and integration support.
