Background
The contract is for SEER Software Sustainment Services. The solicitation is a request for capability information and does not constitute a request for proposals. The purpose is to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. The contract may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition, and multiple awards may be made.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide 24X7 technical support, software updates and upgrades, and access to Customer Support Center web services of existing Government-owned Software utilized in various buildings at Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD). The service response time shall be within one (1) hour from the service request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays.
The Period of Performance shall be within six (6) weeks of the contract award, with additional option periods extending up to June 19, 2027. The contractor shall provide Platinum Service Coverage for the Equipment/Hardware and Software/Firmware, respond to maintenance calls within one (1) hour, provide quarterly onsite maintenance, emergency onsite maintenance, replacement equipment/hardware shipping overnight at no additional expense to the government, product license, upgrades, updates, firmware releases and patches when available via email or mail at no additional expense to the government.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance shall be within six (6) weeks of the contract award, with additional option periods extending up to June 19, 2027.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD), with recognized US Federal holidays observed.
