This solicitation was originally synopsized under W912EQ23R0025. The work consist of furnishing all plant, labor and materials for the work to be performed. Additional work may include, but are not limited to: environmental protection; storm water pollution prevention; clearing and grubbing; debris disposal; borrow pit development and excavation; stockpiling of material; processing of fill material for moisture control; placing semi-compacted and compacted backfill; relief wells installation; well and pump testing; soil testing; gravel pack construction; pilot hole borings; guard posts installation; relief well concrete base installation; placement of geotextile (filter fabric); culvert clean-out; culvert installation/replacement; flared end section installation; stone grouting; stone and rip-rap installation; establishment of turf; and any incidental related work. Individual Task Orders will designate the locations and types of work that will be performed. The assigned NAICS Code is 237990. The total capacity for this (MATOC) is $45M.
