Description

Seeking sources to pick up two horses from Alberta Canada and transport them to Fort Myer-Henderson Hall In Arlington, VA. All fees associated with transport should be rolled up into any quote received.

The contractor shall provide transportation of two (2) horse in accordance with the applicable Federal and state laws and U.S Department of Transportation (DOT) interstate commerse standards for the transport of live animal.

The Contractors shall provide this service in a humane customarily used for the said transfer of live animal. Any incidental shall be the responsibility of the vendor or transporter.

The Governemt will provide for each horse the following Document:

1) Negative Coggins Test and;

2) Certificate of Veterinarian Inspection (CVI)

The contractor shall provide hay and water for the trip.

The contractor shall notify the government when delivery of the horses has been made via email to the contracting officer.
