Seeding IDIQ for NRCS-SD statewide

The U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service has a requirement for Seedbed Preparation, Seeding, and Post Seeding Clippings in the state of South Dakota. The anticipated length of this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is five years, subject to Government needs and requirements, each task order issued under this IDIQ contract shall have its own specific period of performance.

Responses to this RFQ shall be submitted via email to andrew.sawyer@usda.gov and kristina.baker@usda.gov and are due no later than July 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. The offeror must include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email. Failure to include the solicitation name and number in the subject line could result in your quote being rejected.
