Background
The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) is seeking a contractor to provide Security, Surveillance, and Communications Systems Maintenance Services.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of security systems at two campus locations in the Pittsburgh, PA area, which aligns with the agency's mission to provide high-quality healthcare services to veterans.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
1) Provide field service necessary to troubleshoot and maintain designated security, surveillance, and electronic systems.
2) Conduct regular scheduled maintenance and emergency service calls as required.
3) Perform quarterly maintenance on Avigilon Network Based CCTV Systems, including firmware/software updates, server data management, and camera adjustments.
4) Offer troubleshooting services for RS2 Access Control Systems and support integration with Intrusion Detection systems.
5) Maintain Emergency Call Stations, including Stentofon and AiPhone systems, ensuring functionality until upgrades can be completed.
6) Service AiPhone Intercom Systems to maximize lifespan.
7) Maintain Bogen Overhead Paging Systems through troubleshooting, parts sourcing, preventive maintenance, and component replacement.
8) Execute mandatory preventive maintenance tasks for specific equipment such as checking connections and running diagnostics on security applications.
