Security Systems Maintenance at Fort Bliss, Texas   2

Background
The 32d Army Air and Missile Defense Command (AAMDC) is issuing this non-personal services contract to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair for existing security cameras (Avigilon) and access control systems (DAQ Electronics) at two locations on Fort Bliss, Texas.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational security requirements are met as these systems are no longer under the original installer’s warranty.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform maintenance services for the pre-installed surveillance cameras and access control systems at buildings 5800 and 2424A Fort Bliss, TX 79916. Key tasks include:
1. Scheduled preventive maintenance as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) CLIN.
2. Unscheduled on-call repairs and emergency services, which are reimbursable under a Not-to-Exceed CLIN.
3. Availability for on-call emergency repairs in case of unexpected system failures.
4. Maintenance of a tracking log for all customer complaints, requests, and actions taken by the contractor.
5. Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) standards regarding hazardous materials.
6. Quality Control responsibilities including maintaining equipment functionality before issuing to the government and corrective actions for any deficiencies identified.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a base year from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, followed by four option years extending through April 30, 2031.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Fort Bliss, Texas, specifically at buildings 5800 and 2424A.
