Security Stack and Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Requirements

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking to acquire services related to the Security Stack and Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Requirements. The goal of this contract is to facilitate the migration of DAI applications to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and to establish a Secure Cloud Computing Architecture (SCCA). This initiative is crucial for maintaining the integrity and security of cloud services that support DLA applications.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) tenancy for the DAI application migration. Additionally, the contractor will build out a Secure Cloud Computing Architecture (SCCA), which includes:

1. Cloud Access Point
2. Virtual Datacenter Security Stack, which encompasses:
- Next Generation Firewall
- Web Application Firewall
- Intrusion Detection System/Intrusion Prevention System
- Flow Logs and Flow Process Charts
- Deep Packet Inspection
- Break and Inspect
- Micro-segmentation
3. Virtual Datacenter Management Stack
4. Assured Compliance Assessment Solution
5. Host Based Security System.

These services are essential for cloud security, management, and scanning to support both current DAI applications and future DLA initiatives.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is for a base period of 12 months with two additional option periods of 12 months each.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed under the jurisdiction of the Defense Information Systems Agency located at Scott Air Force Base, IL.
