Security Patrol Service

Background
The Pacific Northwest Research Station, Corvallis Forestry Science Laboratory, located at 3200 SW Jefferson Way, Corvallis, Oregon 97331, requires Security Patrol Services for crime prevention to increase personnel safety, theft prevention, and grounds security. The facility is federally owned and situated on the Oregon State University campus with multiple outbuildings and government fleet vehicles. Area crime includes vehicle or facility break-ins, homeless camping, and property theft.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a nightly random security patrol from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM, seven days a week, including all Federal Holidays. The patrol shall include foot patrol of the exterior of the Laboratory, including outbuildings and government vehicles on a random schedule. Additionally, the contractor shall check each first-floor window and exterior doors or other readily accessible points of entry of the laboratory and outbuildings to ensure they are closed.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period from September 1, 2024, through August 31, 2025. It also includes four option periods: September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026; September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027; September 1, 2027, through August 31, 2028; and September 1, 2028, through August 31, 2029.

Place of Performance
The performance location is at the Pacific Northwest Research Station's Corvallis Forestry Science Laboratory at 3200 SW Jefferson Way in Corvallis, Oregon.
