Security Monitoring Services (Fairchild AFB)   3

Background
The contract is issued by the 92d Contracting Squadron for security monitoring services at Fairchild Air Force Base (AFB) and associated facilities. The mission of the agency is to ensure the safety and security of personnel and assets through effective alarm monitoring.

The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive alarm monitoring services in support of the JPRA-Personnel Recovery Academy alarm accounts.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks: monitor all security alarms at designated facilities, provide timely notifications for active alarms, and adhere to established notification protocols. Specific tasks include:

- Zone reporting for intruder alarms
- Monitoring low battery and trouble signals
- Tracking opening and closing signals
- Identifying personnel present after hours
- Notifying if alarms are not armed/disarmed on schedule
- Providing monthly reports on alarm conditions
- Conducting tests on alarm control panels
- Ensuring daily signal transmission tests
- Managing personnel uploads and deletions from alarm accounts
- Coordinating changes to alarm accounts with JPRA Security Personnel
- Performing a post-award site survey.

The contractor must have a minimum of 2 years' experience with similar systems.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at two locations: 11604 West Newkirk Road, Spokane, WA 99224 and 800 West Survival Loop, Fairchild AFB, WA 99011.
