Security Management System Preventive Maintenance and Repairs

Background
The requirement is for the maintenance, technical support, repair, and upgrade of the Automated Access Control System (AACS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system, Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Personnel Safety System (PSS), Johnson Controls, Inc. P2000 (JCI P2000) and CCure Security Management System (JCI CCure) software platform at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The Contractor shall provide all travel, personnel, tools, parts, equipment, materials, disposable supplies, and supervision to perform preventive maintenance, technical support, repairs, and upgrades on the AACS, IDS, CCTV, PSS, and JCI P2000 & CCure software and all associated equipment for the 402d Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) and 402d Electronic Maintenance Group (EMXG).

Work Details
The Contractor shall perform preventive maintenance according to a schedule provided in the solicitation. They shall also provide technical support and repair services for all AACS, IDS, PSS, and CCTV software, components, and equipment. The Contractor shall coordinate preventive maintenance visits at least two weeks in advance with the organization affected. Additionally, the Contractor shall ensure that only certified technicians provide technical support and respond to perform system maintenance and repair services on the AACS, CCTV, JCI P2000 and CCure and associated hardware.

Place of Performance
The work shall be performed at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. Specific locations include Industrial Area/Flight Line for AMXG work with hours from Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (EST) excluding Federal holidays and Robins AFB Energy Days; Buildings 158, 640 645, 624, and 639 (Avionics Complex) for EMXG work with hours from Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (EST) excluding Federal holidays and Robins AFB Energy Days.
