Description

The contractor shall provide material, labor and equipment necessary to complete SECURITY FENCE WITH
GATES, STEPS & SIDEWALK, GUARDRAIL & HAZARD TREE REMOVAL PROJECT 2150 Nolin Dam Road
Mammoth Cave Kentucky, 42259. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material and
equipment. The contractor's work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration,
management, supervision, communications and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in
accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.
All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions
incorporated herein. Work will begin within 14 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 120
calendar days after the NTP.

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide material, labor, and equipment for the completion of the SECURITY FENCE WITH GATES, STEPS & SIDEWALK, GUARDRAIL & HAZARD TREE REMOVAL PROJECT at 2150 Nolin Dam Road, Mammoth Cave Kentucky, 42259. The work includes planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communication, and inspection to ensure compliance with contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the removal of hazard trees, removal and replacement of existing guardrail, installation of a new chain link security fence enclosure around a portion of the existing parking lot, pouring steps and sidewalk from lower parking lot to upper lot, installing handrails on steps, removing trees from slope, and replacing wooden guardrail with metal. Work will take place at the US Army Corps of Engineers Project located in Edmonson County, KY.

Period of Performance
Work will begin within 14 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 120 calendar days after the NTP.

The work will be performed at 2150 Nolin Dam Road, Mammoth Cave Kentucky, 42259.
