Security Escorts at Vandenberg SFB, CA

Background
This contract is issued by the Space Launch Delta 30 (SLD 30) at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. The mission of SLD 30 is to support national security and space operations. The goal of this contract is to provide security escort services for contractors installing IT components within the B10577 Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). The contractor will ensure that all personnel involved in the installation have appropriate security clearances, specifically TS/SCI clearance.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, supervision, and support necessary to deliver unarmed but appropriately cleared security escorts for IT contractors working inside the B10577 SCIF Restricted Areas. This includes daily coordination between the IT contractor and host installation security.

The estimated total number of productive hours required is 4,400 hours over a period of 58 weeks. Security escorts will be required primarily during normal duty hours from Monday through Friday, between 0730 and 1630 hours. The contractor must ensure that at least two TS/SCI cleared escorts are available to support the requirement starting on January 12, 2026. Specific locations for escort services include the first floor comm room B104 (secured but not a SCIF), and the second and third floors of C-Wing SCIF as well as the second floor B201.

Period of Performance
The work will be performed approximately from January 12, 2026, to July 1, 2027. Services will be provided five days a week for eight hours each day in support of the IT contractor's installation efforts.
