Security Cooperation Workforce Development Program (SCWDP) Support Services   2

Background
The Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) requires specialized subject matter expertise in the areas of Security Cooperation (SC) workforce development, SC workforce analysis and analytics, education and training operations analysis, Concept of Operations (CONOPS) Development, strategic planning support, budget and resource allocation analysis, datamining and data analysis, survey services, data collection, and data call support, Information Technology (IT) requirements definition, performance metrics development and reporting, supporting systems analysis, technical requirements management, help desk and issue resolution support for supported systems, configuration and systems change management, academic accreditation support, curriculum analysis and evaluation, and subject matter expertise and curriculum development for Women, Peace, and Security (WPS).

Work Details
The contract requires the Contractor to provide Work Force Development Support Services including specific tasks such as Task 5.1 through 5.16 and Labor Categories 1.6.11.4 - 1.6.11.8 and 1.6.11.12 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a period of 6 months with optional tasks for SC WPS Instructor/SME (Subject to Funding Availability), SC WPS Advisor/SME (Subject to Funding Availability), SC WPS ISD/Tech (Subject to Funding Availability), Other Direct Cost (DSCU), Other Direct Cost (DIILS), Other Direct Cost - Travel (DSCU), Other Direct Cost - Travel (DIILS), Workforce Development Program Support for a period of 12 months with similar optional tasks.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over different periods ranging from 6 months to 12 months based on the specific task.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations including DSCA HQ (DISCS) Ohio.
