Security Camera Expansion

Background
The contract is for the maintenance of the Close Circuit Television (CCTV) system on Robins Air Force Base (RAFB) in Warner Robins, Georgia. The contractor is required to furnish personnel, equipment, labor, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other necessary items to perform the maintenance.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide various services including servers/workstations upgrades, preventive maintenance troubleshooting complex components network switches, fiber optics media converters and system configuration. They are also responsible for cleaning field equipment and in-house CCTV components and all associated equipment at RAFB. The contractor shall perform testing of all workstations and CCTV components throughout the RAFB, repair and replace malfunctioning devices including video recorders, switches, transceivers, CCTV video servers/workstations, various makes and models of CCTV cameras which includes pan tilt and zoom, stationary cameras, license plate readers (LPR) cameras, network converters, various types of power supplies UPS and viewing wall mount monitors. Spare parts availability is also a requirement where all spare parts shall be obtained by the contractor and provided to minimize periods of outage during repairs. The contractor must ensure the availability of sufficient resources of spare parts. Testing and evaluation of components is also part of the contract where the contractor shall test and evaluate all CCTV components and make any necessary adjustments needed to ensure equipment is operational.
