Security and Environmental Monitoring Systems Maintenance & Operations

The US Coast Guard requires the contractor provide centralized monitoring, commercial internet services, computer system patching, defective parts purchase, parts replacement, engineering services and maintenance of the existing Security Environmental Monitoring (SEM). The intrusion detection and environmental monitoring system communicates over a commercial internet to a centralized monitoring company with additional monitoring capabilities provided via a system central control console with current NEOBOLD software at U.S. Coast Guard COMMCOM operations center. The control console provides audio and visual alerts to designated Coast Guard response personnel. This must remain standalone from the existing Coast Guard network infrastructure and includes an HSPD-12 compliant Electronic Access Control System. A Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) surveillance system is employed at these facilities to record and locally store video for up to 30 days. The scope of work to be performed includes furnishing all materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and performing all labor and tasks necessary and incidental to the operation and maintenance of the system.
