Description

The Government intends to procure CIS SecureSuite Community Membership for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
(FERC). The Government is contemplating award in accordance with FAR Parts 13.104 and 12. The contract will be
awarded using the Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract type with an overall period of performance of one (1) base year plus
two (2) one-year options.

The goal of this contract is to provide FERC with access to tools and resources that assist in building securely configured servers, workstations, websites, and applications. The contract includes the following deliverables:
- CIS SecureSuite Membership for End Users with 1,000-4,999 Employees.
- Product Code: CIS-SSM-ENDU-005K.
- Quantity: 1.00 EA for each contract period.

1. Base Year: 09/12/2024 - 09/11/2025
2. Option Year 1: 09/12/2025 - 09/11/2026
