Secure Video Teleconference (SVTC) Upgrade

Background
The United States Air Force, through the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/WVSS), is seeking to modernize its Secure Video Teleconferencing (SVTC) and Audio/Visual (A/V) capabilities across designated conference spaces. This initiative aims to enhance collaboration, leadership decision-making, and secure multi-classification operations in line with Department of War, Air Force, and Defense Information Systems Agency security directives.

The goal is to outfit five currently unequipped conference spaces with comprehensive SVTC solutions that facilitate seamless Microsoft Teams conferencing and secure multi-enclave operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for procuring, delivering, installing, configuring, testing, training, and maintaining a complete SVTC and A/V solution across five designated conference rooms. Key requirements include:
1. Support for Microsoft Teams audio/video conferencing with integration of standard Microsoft productivity tools.
2. Accommodation of multi-enclave operational requirements with physical and logical isolation.
3. Provision of a secure method for switching room peripherals between authorized classification networks without compromising security.
4. Non-destructive mounting solutions for equipment where structural alterations are prohibited.
5. Clear visual indicators for active network classification and microphone mute status.
6. An intuitive control interface for non-technical personnel.
7. End-to-end lifecycle support including installation and ongoing maintenance with defined response times.
8. Technical documentation to support Government accreditation and cybersecurity assessments.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements:
- Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA).
- Must provide authorized distributor/OEM solutions for the proposed SVTC systems.
- Compliance with Department of War, Air Force, and DISA security directives is mandatory.
