Secure Parking; United States Attorney's Office - Eastern District of Wisconsin

Background
The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) is issuing this solicitation on behalf of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Wisconsin (USAO-WIE).

The purpose of this contract is to secure fifteen (15) parking spaces within a two-block radius of the USAO-WIE office located at 517 E. Wisconsin Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53202. This requirement aims to support the operational needs of USAO personnel.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide 15 indoor/covered parking spaces for the USAO-WIE. The following tasks and services are required:
- Provide all necessary resources to deliver the services described in this statement of work (SOW).
- Ensure that all parking areas are illuminated according to industry standards and maintained as clean, safe, and ADA compliant.
- Comply with all Local, State, and Federal Regulations related to parking facilities.
- Clear driveways, entrances, and walkways of snow and ice for safe travel.
- Provide ease of access into and out of the area by staff available 24/7/365 if controlled by gates or doors.
- Supply 15 access cards at no additional cost; replace non-working cards at no cost and deactivate/replacement for lost cards up to five per year without charge.
- Notify the USAO in writing at least thirty days in advance of any service changes including rate increases.
- Ensure non-reserved parking is acceptable while always providing sufficient spaces for contracted quantity.
- The facility must have adequate lighting, be available for use seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, and accommodate standard-sized vehicles such as sedans and SUVs.

Period of Performance
The contract will consist of one base year period followed by four optional twelve-month periods.

The contract will be performed within a two-block radius of the USAO-WIE office located at 517 E. Wisconsin Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53202.
