This requirement is issued by the Dept. of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Federal Occupational Health (FOH) to obtain acquire a nationwide Contractor-Owned/ Contractor-Operated (COCO), web-based respirator medical questionnaire and evaluation clearance program tool. This web-based respiratory medical clearance and evaluation program will provide a rapid cost-effective method to perform respiratory medical clearances, and a convenient method to evaluate geographically diverse Federal employees.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of the Secure Exchange Data Software, which includes the following items:
1. For Hospital/Inpatient Claims Status - 12 EA
2. All Payer Claims - 12 EA
3. All Payer Insurance Search - 12 EA
4. All Payer Eligibility Facility Fee - 12 EA
5. All Payer Eligibility - 12 EA
6. Medicare DDE - 12 EA
7. Medicare Claims - 12 EA.
