Secure Conference Room Management

Background
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking sources for a Secure Conference Room Management requirement. The agency's mission includes the management and coordination of senior-level communications and secure conference room meetings.

The goal of this contract is to provide support coordination and management of secure meeting spaces for executive-level classified meetings, ensuring essential services are available even during national emergencies and crises.

Work Details
The Contractor will provide on-site support to manage and deliver executive-level and VIP guest services, which includes: reception, guest services, executive support, meeting management, calendar management, office administration, and enforcing security parameters.

Specific tasks include managing meeting scheduling, operational support for secure meeting spaces for classified meetings, coordinating with other Executive Assistants for scheduling needs, screening calls and emails related to conference room space, maintaining a polished reception area, overseeing inventory of office supplies, coordinating mail/deliveries, and ensuring physical security by verifying with security staff.

Personnel must maintain strict discretion with confidential information and possess exceptional communication skills to interact professionally with executive-level stakeholders.

Period of Performance
The anticipated Period of Performance is from 23 September 2026 to 22 September 2031.

Place of Performance
The anticipated Place of Performance is at two separate conference facilities in the National Capital Region and surrounding sites, totaling approximately ten conference rooms.
