SEC - OCDO Data Support - MRAS

The OCDO Data Services IDIQ is a contract opportunity to provide data services in support of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO). The purpose of the project is to enhance the SEC's use of data in support of its mission, including data strategy and usage, data architecture, data governance, data services, data program management, and agile product management. The contract will have a base period of 1 year and 4 option years, with a performance period starting on September 1, 2023. The primary place of performance will be at the SEC headquarters in Washington, DC. The contractor will be responsible for transitioning into the project immediately after contract award and ensuring a smooth phase-out at the end of the contract period. Notable requirements include personnel qualifications, key personnel assignment, quality control program establishment, security clearance for contractor personnel, and regular performance evaluation meetings with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
