SEC - OCDO Data Support - MRAS

The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO) is seeking data services through an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The purpose of this project is to support the SEC in developing its data management strategy and priorities, utilizing data analytics, and collecting data to fulfill its mission. The work to be acquired includes data strategy and usage, data architecture, data governance, data services, data program management, and agile product management. The contract will have a base period of 1 year and 4 option years, with a performance period starting on September 1, 2023. The primary place of performance will be at the SEC headquarters in Washington, DC.

Notable aspects of this opportunity include the focus on enhancing the SEC's use of data in support of its mission and the development of enterprise-wide data governance policies and standards. The contractor will also be responsible for facilitating agile product management of key SEC data-related products and initiatives. Additionally, there are specific requirements for personnel qualifications and security clearances. The contractor will be required to submit various deliverables throughout the contract period, including performance work statements, project work plans, quality control plans, transition plans, and monthly status reports. Performance metrics will be used to evaluate the contractor's performance in areas such as program management support, data services support, business management and analysis, risk management, administrative support, and timeliness.
