This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with Far part 12 overhaul. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The Solicitation number is 6923G226Q000020 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) - SEAWEB SHIPS DATABASE SUBSCRIPTION (Base + 4 Option Year). The combined synopsis/solicitation will result in a fixed price Purchase Order (PO).

Offerors are advised that they are responsible for all solicitation documents and acknowledging any amendments and should re-visit this website periodically to check for any changes to this notice, updates, or amendments without further notice from the USMMA.

BASIS FOR AWARD-

A Single Firm Fixed Price Award will be made to the responsible offeror, whose offer is, conforming to the combined Synopsis/Solicitation, offers the lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA) quote with no adverse past performances. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes based on an acceptable/unacceptable basis to determine if the contractor meets the requirements described in the requirement.

Submission of Offers

The completed & signed SF-1449, with pricing for each contract line item (CLIN). For the technical review, please submit a 1 2-page documents detailing the approach will use to satisfy the Statement of Work (SOW). Technical and price proposals must be submitted separately via email to ravilusd@usmma.edu by the response time stated herein.

All amendments to the solicitation must be acknowledged/signed
