Background
This contract is issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Europe Africa Central (NAVFAC EURAFCENT) to provide installation environmental support services for the Public Works Department (PWD) located at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Africa.

The goal of this contract is to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and to support the operational objectives of NAVFAC EURAFCENT.

Work Details
The contractor will provide oversight and administration of all contractor staff, addressing community management, human resource needs, planning and coordinating leave, and conducting employee reviews.
