Sea Hawk Eye Emitter Library Development (SHEELD) AN/ALQ-210 & 217 Mission Data Library (MDL) Tools and Systems Engineering Support   4

The contracting activity, Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division Point Mugu, CA awarded a $3,286,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost reimbursement indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract off the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001919G00029 on an other than full and open competition basis to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LMRMS) located at 1801 State Route 17C Owego, NY 13827-3998. The NAWCWD AEA IPT SHEELD requirement is for the services to provide engineering support to SHEELD analysts in building fully functional Electronic Support Measure Mission Data Loads (ESM MDL), providing accurate emitter identification for loading into MH-60R and E-2C/D aircraft integrated ALQ-210, ALQ-217C systems.

This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, California, is the contracting activity.
