Background
The Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service (OCA IHS) is seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) to support the learning management needs of its federal facilities. The OCA IHS provides healthcare services to over 39 Tribes and Tribal Organizations across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas, with approximately 741,260 outpatient visits annually.

This contract aims to enhance training and competency verification for nursing and allied health staff to meet organizational learning goals and accreditation standards.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a Learning Management System that includes:
- A software solution for delivering, managing, documenting, tracking, reporting, and delivering educational content and training programs.
- Competency verification capabilities for nursing and allied health staff to assess, validate, remediate, document, and track competency assessments.
- Migration of existing training materials into the LMS.
- Comprehensive training for staff on using the LMS effectively.
- Ongoing technical support for the LMS across all federal facilities within the OCA IHS.

The LMS must facilitate multimedia learning modalities and interactive exercises while ensuring documentation and tracking of user progress across the organization.

Period of Performance
One year from Go-Live date with options for four additional years.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various facilities within the Oklahoma Area Indian Health Service including: Anadarko Indian Health Center, Carnegie Indian Health Center, Clinton Indian Health Center, El Reno Health Center, Haskell Indian Health Center, Lawton Indian Hospital, Oklahoma City Area Office, Pawnee Indian Health Center, Watonga Health Center, Wewoka Indian Health Center.
