SDN Communications

The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service, Aberdeen, South Dakota, intends to award a sole-source award to SDN Communications for MPLS Circuit upgrades for three locations (Aberdeen, Sioux Falls Urban Office, and Sioux Falls Data Center) and the addition of a new clinic location in Pierre, South Dakota.
An MPLS circuit provided by SDN Communications to the IHS network already exists which provides Voice over IP, Video conferencing, encrypted telehealth, Wireless, and support to the networking equipment for all facilities.

The resultant contract award Period of Performance shall be Date of Award through One Year plus 4 option years.

The Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, 41 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1)) was approved on 3/14/2023.
