Background
The Transportation Engineering Agency (TEA) provides engineering services to improve the global deployability of U.S. Armed Forces by providing the Department of Defense (DoD) with transportation and transportability engineering, policy guidance, research, and analytical expertise to support the National Military Strategy. This IDIQ contract shall serve as a vehicle to provide Traffic Engineering Services to TEA supporting Traffic Engineering Branch requirements.

Work Details
The IDIQ Performance Work Statement (PWS) details the effort to be accomplished. The PWS details the effort to be accomplished on Task Order 1 and Task Order 2. The PWS also includes a Sample Task Order 3 for evaluation purposes.

The Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASPs) are included for informational purposes only. The primary location for contractor performance is the contractor site, with potential travel within and outside of the United States to military installations as required by the PWS.

Period of Performance
Anticipated IDIQ Ordering Period: Base Period: 1 October 2023 – 30 September 2028; Option Period: 1 October 2028 – 30 September 2033. Anticipated Task Orders 1 and 2 PoP: Base year: 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2024; Option years: up to 30 September 2028. Anticipated Task Order 3 PoP (SAMPLE ONLY): 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2024.

Place of Performance
The primary location for contractor performance is the contractor site, with potential travel within and outside of the United States to military installations as required by the PWS.
