SDB I Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Solicitation   4

Background
The Small Diameter Bomb Increment One (SDB-I) Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) solicitation is a non-personal services contract to provide CLS for the SDB-I weapon system. The Prime Contractor becomes the depot for the SDB-I weapon system and provides all sustainment support. The SDB-I System is defined as the GBU-39/B, GBU-39A/B, GBU-39B/B, GBU-39C/B, GBU-39E/B weapons and their supporting elements.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all technical support including personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform CLS. This includes providing associated CLS data as defined in the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) attached in Exhibit A.

The scope of effort is to provide total life cycle support for the SDB-I system utilizing an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year base period of performance. The IDIQ will have a five-year ordering window and a six-year total period of performance.

Period of Performance
Individual task orders (TO) will be placed in respective contract years to authorize work within the scope of the basic contract. Each TO will specify its own period of performance at the time of award.

Place of Performance
The place of performance for all TOs will be specified at the time of TO award.
