Scope Increase to add CLINs 0011 through 0019 to the Statement of Work and Funding for CLINs 0011, 0012, 0013, 0014, 0017, 0017 and 0019

A scope increase to Contract N64498-21-C-4000 in the amount of $1,123,081 is hereby executed to accommodate added scope to facilitate security system upgrades for various buildings at NWSCPD for the Code 105 Security Office. CLINs 0011 through 0019 are hereby added to the Contract and the Statement of Work is hereby updated to incorporate additional scope for the security hardware and software upgrades occurring under these new CLINs.

Funding in the total amount of $843,660.39 has been obligated under Modification P00003 to fully fund CLINS 0011, 0012, 0013, 0014, 0017, 0018, and 0019 for this scope increase modification with total funding in the amount of $2,619,867.16. The new Contract ceiling is $2,899,287.77. In accordance with FAR 52.23222, Limitation of Funds, the Government is not obligated to reimburse the Contractor for costs in excess of $2,619,867.16 unless additional funding is obligated under a subsequent modification.

Total funded amount of $2,619,867.16 reflects the current funding for this Contract after the scope increase executed via Modification P00003.
