The 136th Airlift Wing requires the replacement of a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) door assembly at a geographically separated unit in Tyler, Texas. The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, plant, equipment, appliances, transportation, and materials necessary to replace and install the new SCIF door assembly and return to like-new condition.

This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns.

Request for Information shall be submitted by 2:00PM CT on 24 July 2025 to the following email address: 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil

The awardee will be required to complete the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and AGTX Form 32. Processing of these documents must be complete and found favorable prior to being granted access to the facility.

Project specifics may be found in the attached solicitation and statement of work.

A site visit will not be held for this requirement.

Background
The 136th Airlift Wing requires the replacement of a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) door assembly at their geographically separated unit in Tyler, Texas. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the new door assembly meets SCIF certification standards and complies with all relevant building codes and guidelines.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to replace and install the new SCIF door assembly. Specific requirements include:
- Install one (1) Krieger SCIF Single Door Assembly (or equal) with dimensions 3’3” x 7’0” x 3”.
- The door must have RF 60db / STC50 sound ratings.
- The door will open inward with hinges on the right-hand side when viewed from outside.
- Installation must comply with ICD 705 and UFC 4-010-05 standards.
- Include three (3) cam hinges and one (1) electric hinge.
- Provide sills/gasketing and pull wire for access control compatible with an Automated Access Control System (ACS).
- Install one (1) Lockmaster hardware set, product number LKM10KHX10S2. Deliverables include a Letter of Guarantee for one year against defects in materials and workmanship.
