Scientific, Communications, and Technology Support

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a contractor to support the Division of Program Coordination, Planning, and Strategic Initiatives (DPCPSI) within the Office of the Director (OD). The contractor will assist in identifying emerging scientific opportunities, developing resources, and addressing public health challenges effectively. The Office of Disease Prevention (ODP) is specifically looking for support in various areas such as software and database development, scientific analysis projects, communications support services, website design and maintenance, event promotion and planning, and strategic planning efforts. The contract will have two periods of performance each year: 5 months from April to August and 7 months from September to March. The initial contract period is from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, with options for four additional periods up to March 31, 2029. While most of the work can be performed at the contractor's site or virtually, some staff will be required to work on-site at the ODP offices in Bethesda, MD.
