Science Labs for Grades 6-12: The Contractor shall provide the required student and teacher resources for three middle school courses, Biology in the Living World, Chemistry in the Earth System, and Physics in the Universe.
Science Labs for AP Instructional Resources: The Contractor shall provide lab kits as required for AP Biology, AP Chemistry, and AP Environmental Science. Each kit shall serve 30 students.

Amendment 0001 updates: Attachment 9 - Material Instructions has been removed from the solicitation as well as the 52.212-1 Addendum. Attachment numbers have been updated accordingly.

Background
The contract is issued by the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) and aims to provide comprehensive science instructional resources for Grades 6-12, including Advanced Placement (AP) courses. Work Details
The Contractor shall deliver the following resources:

1. **Science Labs for Grades 6-12**:
- Courses: Biology in the Living World, Chemistry in the Earth System, Physics in the Universe.
- Required student and teacher resources for each course.

2. **Science Labs for AP Instructional Resources**:
- Lab kits for AP Biology, AP Chemistry, and AP Environmental Science.
- Each kit shall serve 30 students.

3. **Accessibility Requirements**:
- Products must conform to Revised 508 Standards for accessibility.
- Digital materials must be provided in various formats including HTML, PDF, and RTF/Word document upon request.
- All digital modules must be SCORM-compliant.

4. **Data Rights**:
- All data developed under this contract remains the property of DoDEA, ensuring no copyright infringement occurs.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to various DoDEA locations, including military bases both domestically and internationally.
