Background

- Ensuring children arrive at school approximately 20 minutes before the start of the school day and depart approximately 20 minutes after the end of the school day.
- Submitting monthly invoices through WAWF.
- Complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to transportation services.

The contractor is responsible for all personnel and equipment needed to fulfill these requirements.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes one base period of twelve months starting from August 1, 2025, with four additional option periods of twelve months each extending potentially until August 1, 2030.
