Schneider Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Upgrade Hardware

Background
This procurement is issued by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Shared Services Center, specifically for the acquisition of Schneider Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Upgrade Hardware. The goal of this contract is to ensure that NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) receives new hardware that meets specific requirements and standards. Schneider Electric only sells PLC automation hardware through authorized distributors who can guarantee the source, condition, safety, security, and warranty of the products.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide Schneider PLC hardware that is identical to the make and model currently in use at NASA GRC. The hardware must be new (never used), in original packaging, and not refurbished. The vendor must be Authorized/Certified through the Schneider Electric Alliance Industrial Automation Distributor (IAD) program.

The following items are specified for procurement:
1) BMEXBP1002 - Rack X80 with 10 slots and redundant power supply;
2) BMXCPS4002 - Power Supply Module;
3) BMENUA0100 - OPC UA Module;
4) BMENOC0302 - High Performance Ethernet Module;
5) BMXNOM0200 - Serial Link Module;
6) BMECRA31210 - Modicon X80 EIO Drop Adapter;
7) BMXDDI1602 - Digital Input Module;
8) BMXFTB2000 - Removable Caged Terminal Blocks;
9) BMXEHC0200 - High Speed Counter;
10) BMXXTSHSC20 - HSC Connector Kit.

All quotes must include net payment terms of 30 days, FOB Destination shipping terms, Cage Code & UEI number, estimated delivery time, applicable shipping costs, and any discounts offered.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at NASA Glenn Research Center located in Stennis Space Center, MS.
